Helping your clients with term life applications just got better. By submitting your client's application online, you can increase the accuracy and processing time for applications -- two things we know you and your clients will appreciate! Please choose one of the following two options:

• Enter your Client's information on line, or
• Download a Life Quick Request Worksheet and fax the completed worksheet to 770-394-0333.

For the benefit of your clients, please be aware of what happens next:

• Once you have entered the application worksheet online or submitted a faxed paper application worksheet, Genworth will contact the applicant directly with 24 hours to complete Part I & Part II of the application, including any supplemental forms that may be needed.
• Please request that your clients budget approximately 30 minutes for the interview process.
• Also, please let your clients know the paramed exam and any medical records will be scheduled during the phone interview.
• Please understand that your clients do not always know what to expect when applying for life insurance. WIA, Inc. recommends that you provide your clients with a copy of this brochure to help educate each individual and understand the process, that he or she may be prepared when Genworth calls.
